Recently moved to the northern VA area and I was in need of a sew in weave. I simply googled the nearest salon to my home and found Francine. I called and she was able to take me on the same day. I explained to that I can be very picky - with the hopes that she wouldn't be irritated by my picky-ness.
In short, Francine was very patient and thorough with the process. She asked every step of the way whether I was satisfied with her work. Which I absolutely loved. She demonstrated patience and professionalism.
Lastly, I would to point out - her salon is EXTREMELY CLEAN..... again EXTREMELY CLEAN......I'm so happy with her work and I have found my new neighborhood salon.
